Riley has been eating eukanuba for yorkies and I recently adopted Lily who is on Royal Canine. I want them to eat the same food, but I don't want to get either of those brands again (I don't trust them). I was thinking about getting Artemis. The thing is, Riley has MVD and while the vet said I don't need to worry too much about his food until (if and when) he shows signs, I still want something with not too much protein. Artemis has 23%, which is less than a lot of ones I saw. Actually, the small breed food has more so I was gonna get the regular kind, but I don't know if it'll be too big. And then someone at work told me that wet food is better for dogs than kibble, which I really don't agree with, but she was adamant. I know wet food does have less protein. Anyways, I don't know what to get for them now. I just don't trust any of the major companies anymore, but last time I tried cooking for Riley he got sick because of his MVD. Any advice??
