If you have a groomer that you TRUST, I suggest you take her as soon as she has her shots. Don't expect a great cut the first few times (although my groomer did great with Coby). But when they go young, they are mainly learning to not hate the groomer. You can also help the groomer by frequently messing with her face and feet (the places that the puppies usually hate being messed with). Mess with her feet, spread her little toes, and then give her a treat. Her face, her ears.... Get her used to it. Then the groomer won't be as stressful. Good Luck! |
