My vet and groomer recommend eucalyptus oil, which is not toxic to humans and pets, and can be applied in either a dip (mix the oil in their bath water) or the same way you use Frontline or the others. (a few drops on the back of the neck) I has worked so far for my pets, and is well worth a try. Good Luck!
