I think I could handle any of that except for the cabinet thing. That would just creep me out! I just keep thinking of that scene in poltergeist with the dining room chairs. I'm not sure what you mean by shadows moving but have you heard of shadow people?

Its strange that you describe a heaviness in the air because that is exactly what others have said when they live in a house that has ummm "activity" in it. I wouldn't be worried as long as you're not afraid. If it was something bad, I think that you would be able to feel it.
