On Subject, Carson will still have accidents if I am not watching for signals that he needs to go. When I'm gone I put him in a playpen/play yard with the whole inside covered by a pee pad. Mostly he holds it while I'm gone. Even Phoebe will have an accident if she tries to tell me she's got to go and I ignore her. I think when these guys gotta go, they gotta go.
Treats when they are successful seems to help alot!
