Went out this afternoon
My son called me at work at 4:30 and told me
we have no water. He pulled the switch for the well pump in the panel box to turn off the pump
We're in the middle of a terrible drought here and my first thought was that the well had gone dry. I called a well company and the guys who came are the ones who originally drilled the well when my house was built (before I bought it)
They said I have PLENTY of water, the pump went out. They've pulled out what looks like miles of pipe and are going to put a new pump in tonight (happy, happy)
Just what I needed - an unexpected expense
