i would say as soon as you get home go into the utility room and pick her up and take her outside so she doesnt have the chance to run into the dining room. or if you dont want to pick her up go into the utility room and put her leash on and make her follow you outside and praise her when she goes outside. thats the first thing i do when i come home is take him to go pee.
