I would only be guessing, but when pups die as these have, it is most often from anesthesia and waiting too long to do the section...the pups were already in distress and dying while the vet was giving oxyie shots instead going ahead and sectioning her..she already had at least one placenta separate. Plus, it is quite possible the dams uterus ruptured from too much oxyie. He did spay her when he said he did not do this a the same time, not sure I believe his "spot" theory.....this vet does not have a good reputation and it seems to be common knowledge...I think it is a good lesson for the future when picking a vet...
