my sister is looking for a puppy, and has asked for my help, and now im asking for help from you guys lol
She is looking for a puppy that will remain on the smaller size around 4 pounds full grown. we are in queens ny but are willing to travel within the 5 boroughs and new jersey. any help would be great. if you are a breeder orcan recommend one thanks
