well I printed the law to keep at home.. there are several neighbors in my neighborhood who after Sept 1 I will BE CALLING the POLICE on, but it also says with this new law the dog can only be restraint outside between
601am-959pm.. after that they have to let them loose... It also says you CANNOT keep a dog TIED DOWN for MORE THAN 3 HOURS ! This is such great news!!! |
