What items does she have that are for her to chew. If she were mine...and you might have already tried this.....I would try confining her and giving her things that are ok for her to chew on. Anything that she would prefer to the wood and give her praise when she is chewing it.
Just like a human baby they just have to chew...anything that is ok for her that she will chew instead of developing bad habits you will have to break later.
I had a scottie once that wanted to eat my dining chairs. Above is what I had to do. It did work for her.
