I know how you feel...I had one of those neighbors in my last apartment, it's like they get bored and need something to do so they complain for nothing!! I'm a neighbors dream in my opinion, I'm never there! I'm either traveling or staying with my boyfriend at his place...don't let it get to you to much you have enough worry with a newborn!
