I'm not a nurse, but I have volunteered over 100 hours in various areas of the hospital. The ER was most exciting for me, but another girl that was a student literally turned green and passed out when one guy came in to the ER. He was in extremely bad shape. You will get used to it, and you will find where you want to work.
