I would see if there is another as qualified specialist they can recommend, if not try and think positive. Cali's internal meds specialist who doagnosed her MVD said that in her expereience Bile Acid post levels of 100 or less generally indicated MVD not an external shunt, and that is what Cali has and she is fine.
