i just wanted to add, also, that if you pm people and ask for their breeders info, don't get upset if they are hesitant to give it out. several people have had very bad experiences with people doing horribly things to them and calling the breeders and telling them a load of lies. so, don't take it personal if people are not comfortable sharing their breeders info. it's crazy how the internet works and there are just some whacky people out there that ruin it for the rest of the world.
i think the advice given about finding someone who just "happened" to have a "tiny" in their litter...but do not breed to get tiny's is the best way to go. you don't want to end up with a teeny sick baby on your hands that you are scared to treat because she is so small.
good luck, sounds like you are patient and will do the right thing, rather than jumping at the first one that comes along
