Thanks for checking that out. I am glad he is board certified. It makes me feel a little bit more at ease because he seems to be an expert at ortho surgery. I also went to the ACVS website and it says "The term "ACVS Diplomate" refers to a veterinarian who has been board certified in veterinary surgery." So just in case anyone was wondering what a diplomate is there you go. I know I had no idea before now. I am learning new terms with this surgery everyday. Here's the link to the ACVS website:
