Hello everyone! I'm new to the site, I just happened to stumbled upon it when I was scouring the web for info. I have a 4 month old male yorkie who I just love to death! But i'm having some problems housetraining him. He was doing as well as can be expected for his age (averaging about 3 to 4accidents a week) until it started to rain!!! He refuses to go out into the rain. I even leashed him and stood out there with him and he just whined with no results. So after a month of teaching him to go outside I tried litter training him Let's just say it didn't work I think it just confused him.) So when the rain stopped I took him to the door and he seemed thrilled to go potty in a familiar place. How do I get him use to the rain? I'm open to suggestions THANKS IN ADVANCE!!

P.S> I'd also like tips on bathing and coat care. His hair is kind of wirey (sp? LOL) I bathe him once a week and by the end of the week it looks oily. I would like his hair to grow and want to keep his coat healthy but looking fresh.
