Hi there. I give Wembley cheese all the time. It's her favorite special treat for doing things she hates like brushing, bath time, going out in the rain, etc. She's never had a reaction to it. It might help to give your puppy cheese again in a few days, and then if her poop comes out that way again, you know it's more likely the cheese, and not something else. Also, Wembley's poops change from time to time, just in the way you mentioned. I never thought anything of it. As long as she's eating, playing, and overall a happy puppy, I am happy too.
