We can't wait for the next GE either and this will also be our first time. Anyway - I went to the GE forum and saw this: - so if the sign-up was this past July (August deadline for receipt) then we should be seeing something Octoberr-ish for November receipt:
so be on the look-out for sign up post during October - yeah!!
