I wouldn't wait for his check up next week. Call your vet, he should be able to fit you in for something like this. He needs to see him while he is sneezing blood. He will want to take a look at what is coming out of his nose with a microscope. It could be something serious like cancer or a tumor but it is more likely to be something like a fungal infection, kidney infection, or something stuck in his nose. Take him into the vet today if possible, if nothing else, it will give you peace of mind.
