I just have to ask.....since when is a size small, amde to fit a 4.5 pound or smaller?

I noticed a LOT of websites are doing this now. Runing the sizes smaller then they used to be. Prince (my 9 pound yorkie) was wearing a small up until the sizes changed. I dont get it. What happened?

When I look on sites that sell dog clothes, the small is now to small but the medium is to big. The length would be fine but the chest would be HUGE.

Guess im gonna have to learn to make the clothes myself.
