I am seriously at my wits end with Zoey! I don't know what to do!

Zoey is almost 2 years old and still NOT pottytrained! She just refuses to do the right thing. She wants to do what she wants to do. I've tried everything and nothing is working for me.

I've tried to crate train her. No results. I've tried taking her outside. No results. When she goes outside, she doesn't do anything but sit down. As soon as we step in the door, she goes straight to my carpet and squats! I am absolutely fed up! I have ever tried putting pee-pee pads all over the livingroom where I know she likes to "do her business" and she walks right over them and resorts to a fresh new spot on the carpet.

Guys, what should I do? Is there any type of schedule that she should be on? I really want to cry. If I can't get her trained, I have no choice but to get rid of her. I can't continue to put up with this.
