My Mom uses Revolution on her yorkie. Revolution takes care of fleas, mites, heartworms, and intestinal worms. I use Advantage on Lacy. I don't like frontline because it leaves a sticky residue on her hair.
I think it would be okay to give her a flea bath first and then wait 24 hours to apply the revolution. I wouldn't use both the flea spray and the revolution though. You might also want to bomb your house for fleas too and/or use Raid Carpet spray. If you still have fleas in your house even after applying revolution (or advantage or frontline) the fleas can still get on your dog and bite - but they will then die. So you really want to try to get rid of the fleas completely.
