My boys are almost 2 years and still not housebroken!
ggrrrr when I leave the door open they will go outside but if the door is shut they go in the house wherever they feel like it.
gggrrrr try taking your baby out every 2 hours.. and maybe try hanging a bell from the door and ringing it when you let her out to pee... that way she might learn to ring the bell when she has to pee so you know and can take her out.
