She probably should pass it if it was real tiny, but the rawhides aren't really very good for them. Years ago before I knew better, I had given a knotted rawhide to a puppy and suddenly heard him gagging. Well, he had unknotted it and swallowed the entire thing with just enough left in his mouth to pull the whole thing back out. It was so scary!! He never would have been able to pass it. But unfortunately, they sure do love them.
If Megan isn't feeling well soon, call the vet. She's too little to feel bad for too long.
