an SB is a Secret Buddy. The GE is a gift exchange that happens 4 times a year. if you are a donating member and have over 100 posts you can sign up your yorkie. THen you get an SB a secret buddy that you buy gifts for and they dont' know who you are and then someone has you and sends you a gift. The next one should be around November so if you watned to participate you have tons of time to get 100 posts. donating members have to donated 25 dollars, just once (although many people continue to donate more) and then you are be in all the Gift exchanges and have an SB of your own
