I got Bella when she was 3 months old and her ears didn't stand either. I ended up shaving the hair off the top half of her ears. It still took a while before her ears stood up. It was a gradual thing and now, at 4.5 months, her ears are both standing all the time.  I attached before and after pics if you want to see.
