ok sorry! I just saw there are cotton fabrics also but my mom likes the fleece blue #144!!! his neck is alot bigger then a yorkies lol its about 23 inches... so maybe like 25 inches to let it hang! His name is vons so I would love it to say Von on it! lemme know if u can do it
