I believe they do. The other day, Corabel was curled up on the couch beside me, sound asleep. Her tail started twitching and then wagging madly! It was the funniest thing -- this little windmill happening. She doesn't play alot because it makes her cough (CT) so I guess she was having a ball in her dreams!
