Please someone... get this man out of my house! It's raining and it's in the 60's and this FREAK turned the HEAT on!!!!!!!!!

I've turned it off twice and he turns it back on. Yet, he keeps saying we have to have more money to pay the bills! What the ************** How is turning the heat on in August saving money???????????? Plus he's been running the central air almost ALL summer! Can someone please come and take him away???????????????????????
