Susie - You can buy Tigerbalm over here in little tubs of like cream rather than patches and you can rub it on... if you want me to send you some over then I can do. Oh, and we also have something called "Deep Heat" too which is great for muscle pain, you can get that in a spray can or a gel and I think they do a cream too now.
