My Tobey is 8 months old and I just have noticed in the past few days that his hair on his belly is starting to thin out really bad. its really short and fuzzy in places now- not totally bald though and is starting to move up his sides! what could cause this? He was eating Merrick's puppy plate, but we recently (within the past week) switched him to Royal Canin food for toy breeds because the only place that sells specialty foods is far from us and he also made a mess with his Merricks- picking out all the vege bits and not eating the kibbles well. The royal canin ingredients looked good, but maybe i have made the wrong choice? Could changing his food be causing this? I am worried about my little guy! please help!
