You are on the right track. Although it's very hard to remember at the time (said from experience), try not to get so annoyed with the kids. You obviously understand that mis-behaving children is the result of either bad parenting, negligent parenting, plain ol' overwhelmed parents, or physiological issues with the children. So try to be patient with the kids.....
