The one we used was just outside of Quakertown, Pa. While we were there they micro-chipped Leo (that's our new guy's name) & I commented that we had not done Willy, and for a small fee the offered to micro-chip Willy & register him. We jumped at the offer, so now they are both chipped with the Home Again micro-chip. Yeah! They are just really down to earth people with big hearts.
