we have 2 labs, millie, and elno, and 1 jack russell Gracie, whenever we go o down to the creek or throw the tennis ball, Millie has to be in control of elno she will bite his arm pits and pull at his front leg, she only does this with elno, gracie can run along side her under her and she find, but elno is a differnt story she has to be in control of him, they both have been fixed. I think it's a alpha dog thing, when they are by themselves they are best friends, they sleep together and eat out of each other bowls, it just when the human contact comes into play that she shows these traits. |
