In the wild, the raccoon dog ranges in the wooded areas of western Europe, Russia, China, and Japan, and as far as Nova Scotia in North America. They are native to south-eastern Siberia, Manchuria, northern Indo-China, China and Japan. They were introduced to western Russia, mainly for hunting purposes, and have since spread from Russia to Scandinavia, Germany, and France.

There's fur farms where they're packed into tiny cages until they're killed in brutal ways - ALL FOR US TO WEAR. When there's FAKE fur that looks exactly like the real thing - there is just no excuse for this. same goes for the rodent family - minks - chinchillas - the fox -- all are being slaughtered in the name of 'fashion'

For the life of me, I can't understand why this is allowed!! Isn't this considered abuse of animals???
