Oh girl I know it sucks....but we've all been there. It's never a good feeling but it happens, and you'll come thru it stronger and more determined to not let it happen again.
What I hate the most about that is the bank fees. It's like, helloooo if you're broke, you don't have the money to pay them, besides, they're rich already, LOL!
