UPDATE:
My grandmother called tonight and told me that the vet used a much smaller scope to look around.. He said he found 2 blades of grass!!
He said that after he pulled the grass blades out that a bunch of nasty stuff that had been blocked came out. I know he must feel a lot better. I am just sooo shocked that something so small could do so much damage. I thought maybe this would be good info for others in case something similar happens. He has been put through the ringer but thank goodness it was only grass!
