I got this from an EMT class I went to. This might be the same thing that you posted, but here it is.
In a large bowl mix the following ingredients:
1 quart of 3% Hydrogen Peroxide
1 teaspoon of liquid hand soap (dish detergent)
1/4 cup of baking soda
While the concoction is still bubbling, thoroughly wash your pup, avoiding the eyes. Rinse well.
You may also want to clean your pup outside if possible. We all know that as soon as Yorkies are wet, all they want to do is rub themselves everywhere! We need to get the stinky off first.
Also, don't let the concoction sit too long, as it looses its efficacy. And don't try to store it, or the container will burst.
