Yeah, the vet is the best person. Our vet told us you can't keep puppies in a bubble during this stage as this is the age they tend to develop their personality based on what they experience and come across during this puppy stage and to keep them indoors during the months until they get ALL their shots will devoid them of certain experience. I personally walked her around my block, which was really clean but I just didn't let her walk on grass, which is where you would find fluid etc. I even took her to yorkie meetups but never let her down to play so she can at least observe doggie behavior in a park. Plus our vet told us vaccinations these days are so good that even with the first set or two, they should have some protection should they come across anything. At the end of the day, it's solely your choice.
