Violet and Francie are sisters and are 13 weeks old. Violet lives with me and Francie lives with my parents, a couple miles away.

We get them together most evenings to "play". They go WILD together! It almost seems like they are hurting each other with their "nips", "barks", etc... they do play pretty rough!

How do I know if they are playing "nice" or getting too rough? Also, it seems like they will go solid for hours if we let them, so we force "rest periods" every 1/2 hour or so... we separate them to give them a break. Is this necessary?

We are 1st time yorkie owners, so don't know what's normal and what isn't!
