Many people experiencing an anxiety attack for the first time will rush to the ER thinking they are having a heart attack. A person experiencing an anxiety attack will have a very physical and serious reaction but the root cause is psychological.
A fictional movie based on Anneliese's life is "The Exorcism of Emily Rose". You should rent it to get some ideas.

I love reading all about paranormal stuff, but don't have any personal stories to share (not sure whether that's a shame or a relief. ) I believe it can happen though - and that's it's not just "in their head".
