Default Terrible, just terrible!

We have to be vigilant around people, we understand the majority are good people, but there's that 20% that we have to be aware of! I just got back home from walking boo bah at the park. This mom and dad with a child, asked if their daughter could hold my dog. I said "No, my puppy is very nervous around people she doesnt know" and kept walking. Also, I made a comment about two days ago that this woman was crossing a major boulevard in Van Nuys, California. This guy, walking fast, as she described, attempted to yank the poor pup from her arms. She managed to kick him and start screaming and scared the perpetrator off. Unfortunately there wasnt a cop around to see this crime. There were a whole crowd watching but no one wanted to get involved. I can defend myself in public, I have never been accosted, thank God, but there is always a first time. Let's keep our eyes and ears open when we are out and about with our little ones! Thanks! The Van Nuys Police headquarters was just 2 blocks away from where this happened!!
