Tucker gets those on his belly too. They are an allergic reaction to something. First they are red and raised up like a pimple and then they flatten and turn dark and finally just flake off. I give him Benadryl when he gets them to prevent him from getting anymore.
They never seem to bother him. I am thinking it has something to do with the grass because they only seem to appear where the grass would touch his belly.
