I noticed these marks on Milli's lower belly a week or two ago, but thought she just got scratched on her tummy outside. Well, now there are more of them, and they are red with other little dots around them...what are they, and how do I get rid of them?
Are they flea bites? Or is this an allergic reaction to getting her "hoo hoo" tickled by the grass?
I don't think they hurt her, because she doesn't care if I touch the area or not.
