And, funny enough, it's not Penny that isn't big on the clothes. It's her daddy. He doesn't like her to look too girly.
But he sure thought she looked cute yesterday!! She loves to put on clothes, and he mentioned again just a little bit ago how excited and happy she was yesterday.
