First, how old is your yorkie? Shouldn't mate her on her first heat(period). Still too young. It's like a 13 year girl getting pregnant. Not advisable.
But more than likely she is already pregnant. If you haven't read up about welping puppy, I suggest you read up ASAP. There is a change she might not be but better learn as much as you can just in case.

Oops! Read the date wrong. Thought it June not May. Anyway, at this stage I agree that the only sure way to find out is an x-ray.
