K - here is a suggestion if the stain does not come out....I'm a believer of calling customer service - call them where you got your sofa or I would call the manufacturer directly and explain....even if you had to pay something I wonder if they could just send you a new section cover for the one that's damaged with ink? Worth a try -

EDIT: I fogot to tell you - I tried to clean a white section of my sofa myself once it got stained and it made it worse so I ended up having to get a new sofa - (mine didn't have zippers). :-( But it wasn't from Izzy - it was from someone spilling coctail sauce all over my white sofa. No more white for me!
