Now, we can all admit that there are mixed dogs out there that do look like purebreds. Now, Joe Blow down the street and his loony wife can be witnesses (with a small pay off of course)???
Or, someone can take pics of a purebred dog owned by Jane Doe or stolen off the internet, get Joe Blow and his loony wife to witness and BAM...you got papers!!!
