I'm no expert either...but I love the floppy eared Yorkie look. You could try gently massaging them to help give them strength...But to be honest I love them all just the way they are. My first Yorkie's ears were floppy, and if I may say, he was beautiful. Winston's ears stand straight up, which I think is cute...but either way they are both Yorkies and I love them both.
